From a beer a friendship is born but if the beers are more than one of them, "SI ARRIVA AI 10" is born.
Rye Ipa result of the collaboration between Renton and the Spanish Friends of Flying Inn.
SI ARRIVA AI 10 is an India Pale Ale of rye characterized by a rustic, spicy and slightly earthy character given to it by this very characteristic cereal.
The IPA character is immediate, Columbus and Chinook give it the classic Citrus, citric and spicy hints to which are added, enriching it, the resinous and pungent hints of HBC 522 new experimental hops still never used on the Italian scene.
Rye does the rest… Complex, courageous and innovative beer born, perhaps, from a few too many beers…
